b) RADFORD VERSUS HALLENSTEINS COPYRIGHT DISPUTE

Currently I am involved in legal action against Hallensteins Clothing for their unpermitted production and sale of t shirts featuring low grade images of the TIP sculptures that I designed, built, installed and still own the copyright of.
A great many of the t-shirts featuring the TIP works were made in China by Hallensteins and sold in their stores nationwide from late 2004 to early 2005.
They have repetitively refused to elaborate on how many of the t shirts were made, sold, and how many remain. I find their actions deplorable and will fight this case right to the end in the belief that whatever the outcome it's important for art practitioners to stand up against such blatant and careless commercial exploitation of their work.

For further information there are several links to detailed media Items below. This is the international test case for such legal action, please read further and feel free contact me with any questions.
